Job Overview
We're seeking a compassionate and dynamic Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in Missouri, to support an 11-year-old male client across in‑home and school settings. You'll closely collaborate with a team of BCBAs and RBTs in a co-treatment model, providing behavior management, supervision, and adaptive skills development. Ideal candidates are organized, flexible, and comfortable managing challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies—including adaptive life skills and PEAK curriculum (preferred).
What You’ll Do
- Conduct FBAs, VB-MAPP or PFIA assessments, and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide in-home and school-based supervision and coaching to RBTs.
- Collaborate with other BCBAs and school staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care across settings.
- Deliver approximately 20% of weekly hours at school, with the remaining in-home—most hours will occur before 3 pm via an after-school rotation.
- Teach adaptive life skills and implement PEAK curriculum where appropriate.
- Track data, analyze progress, and update treatment goals as needed.
- Train and support families and staff to help generalize skills.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification (active) and LBA licensure in Missouri.
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience delivering ABA services in both in-home and school environments.
- Proven behavior management skills—especially with challenging behavior.
- Familiarity with adaptive life skills and PEAK curriculum is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Schedule flexibility for after-school and early evening hours.
