What You’ll Do
- Design and manage ABA treatment plans tailored to each child’s strengths and needs
- Provide parent coaching to help extend progress beyond the clinical setting
- Deliver direct care services and supervise Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and interns
- Monitor treatment fidelity through consistent review of session data
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members on goal setting
- Lead team meetings that foster growth, feedback, and shared success
- Complete assessments and documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Uphold BACB ethical guidelines and maintain clinical integrity
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
- Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
