Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to individuals, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate progress of individuals through data collection and analysis
- Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Experience working with children and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
