Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children in a behavioral health setting. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting patient assessments, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through effective behavioral therapy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively when documenting client interactions and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and behavioral health.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience working with children in a behavioral health or educational setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and medical records management.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing patient assessments and documentation.
- Travel to client sessions is required, can be up to 45 minutes.
- Availability to work as late as 6:30 PM on some weekdays.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
