WAR Ministry Corporation is seeking board certified behavior analysts (BCBA) to work as independent contractors in providing in home support services for parents/caregivers/guardians and children/youth with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in Atlantic, Bergen, Cape May, Essex, Hudson, Mercer, Middlesex, Passaic, and Union Counties. The BCBA is part of a team of dedicated professionals working to strengthen and stabilize the families of youth with I/DD. Job duties include: consultation and evaluations; creating a behavior support plan (BSP); maintain proper documentation and submit documentation according to agency policy; monitor and modify BSP; supervision of BCaBA and behavior technicians; and other duties as needed. Professional specialization in dealing with youth with I/DD who have experiences trauma is desired. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
