Job Overview
Ebb & Flow is looking to hire an experienced, motivated, and energetic BCBA with at least one year of certified (BCBA) experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Experience providing fieldwork supervision preferred. Ebb & Flow is a center-based clinic where the technicians and BCBAs foster a family like environment and enjoy coming to work every day. Daily responsibilities include:
- Assessment of client repertoires and development of client treatment plans, skill acquisition protocols, and behavior intervention plans.
- High quality and timely submission of session documentation, progress reports, and parent meeting agendas/trainings.
- Oversight of RBTs implementation of direct therapy via ongoing training, feedback and follow up, and performance reviews.
- Supervision of RBTs to ensure a high degree of treatment integrity via adherence to protocols.
- Implementation of individualized and structured parent/caregiver training with and without their child present.
- Coordination of care with other service providers
- Provide weekly fieldwork supervision and training of behavioral principles and methodologies as outlined by the BACB BCBA Task List (6th edition) for 2-3 behavior analysts in training.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
