ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones using polite and proper etiquette.
- Update customers via phone and electronically with CCC Update Plus.
- Open Repair Orders in CDK.
- Work with Production Manager and parts dept. to close Repair Orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure work files are complete, to contain warranties, procedures and authorizations.
- Work with estimator to schedule customers and confirm any additional repairs requested.
- Coordinate sublet work with vendors as necessary.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure Repair plan in CCC is updated as needed.
- Maintain good housekeeping in your work area.
- May be required to take photos and assist with customer/vehicle check in.
