Join Papi Queso as a BOH Team Member! Assemble food and drink orders quickly and accurately, support the kitchen team, and ensure that each guest leaves satisfied with a smile. No prior experience is required - we'll provide all the necessary training. We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds to join our team and gain valuable life experience while serving great food in a friendly environment.

Average Rate: $18.00 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage + average hourly tip earnings)
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2+ years of similar experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods,
- ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Food safety knowledge
- Cleaning and sanitizing
- Closing the kitchen
- Writing prep lists
- Menu development
