Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate office operations and administrative duties: Bookkeeping, AP/AR, Vehicle Management/Floor Plan and Reconciliations - 2 years Automotive Bookkeeping experience a must.
- Manage vehicle invoices and repair orders.
- Automotive AR/AP, bookkeeping and experience with reconciliations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Automotive Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and experience with automotive DMS systems and accounting practices a plus.
- Experience with Ford Motor company accounting practices and Tekion accounting systems a plus
- Notary (unexpired)
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload including answering phones, cashiering etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,500.00 - $47,500.00 per year
