We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bookkeeper Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. Responsibilities
Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
Maintain organized filing systems and manage documentation processes.
Utilize Account Edge accounting software for financial tracking, bank reconciliation and budgeting purposes.
Coordinate human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and managing personnel records.
Plan and organize company events, meetings, and other activities.
Skills
Proficiency in basic bookkeeping using accounting software for financial and inventory management.
Experience in human resources functions, and employee relations.
Strong debt collection skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and vendors.
Proven ability in team management to foster a collaborative work environment.
Exceptional organizational skills to maintain order in a busy office setting.
Proficient in file management systems to ensure easy access to important documents
