Job Overview
Boss Visuals is looking for a skilled and motivated Audio Visual Technician to support our growing demand for residential and commercial AV installations. From mounting TVs and installing surround sound systems to setting up conference room tech and optimizing home theaters, you’ll be hands-on in delivering seamless, high-quality AV solutions that elevate our clients' spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure TVs, soundbars, projectors, and in-wall/in-ceiling speaker systems in residential and commercial properties
- Set up smart home components and integrate AV equipment with existing networks and control systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve audio/video issues during and after installations
- Perform clean and professional cable management to maintain a polished final product
- Coordinate with clients to assess space layouts and recommend optimal equipment and configurations
- Maintain, transport, and organize AV tools, inventory, and supplies
- Provide on-site client education for equipment usage and ongoing support when needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in AV installation, home theater setup, or low-voltage wiring
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in both residential homes and commercial environments
- Basic knowledge of networking and smart home devices is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on ladders safely
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: On the road
