Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Boutique Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that supports our showroom operations, management team, client experiences, and overall store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the showroom is pristine and welcoming.
- Assist with cleaning and organization throughout the day to maintain a beautiful environment.
- Support inventory management, including unpacking, tagging, and organizing gowns and accessories.
- Provide client support by assisting stylists, greeting guests, and ensuring a smooth appointment flow.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional experience for every bride.
Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, detail-driven environment.
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends and three evenings a week until 9pm.
- Retail or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
Schedule:
- Part-time, with weekend and some evening shifts required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
