We are seeking an outgoing, customer-focused Boutique & Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines in-store retail work with event support, making it ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people, sharing product knowledge, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Boutique Sales
- Welcome and assist customers in the boutique, ensuring a warm and inviting experience
- Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend aligned products
- Develop a strong understanding of Wild Capri’s product line and brand values
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail space
- Assist with merchandising and product displays to align with brand aesthetic
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
Events & Markets
- Assist with event setup and tear down
- Engage with event customers, answer questions, and share product knowledge
- Operate mobile point-of-sale system and handle transactions
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Troubleshoot and problem solve as needed during events
Who We Are Looking For

- Outgoing, approachable, and confident in initiating customer conversations
- Skilled in active listening and matching products to customer needs
- Comfortable learning and retaining detailed product information
- Reliable and punctual, with strong time management skills
- Comfortable with technology and POS systems
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in dynamic situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or events experience
- Interest in skincare, wellness, or artisan goods
Schedule
