Job Title: Account Manager – Banking, ATM & Retail Accounts

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and grow our portfolio of Banking, ATM, and Retail clients. Based in Montebello, CA, this role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring outstanding service delivery and identifying opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate excels at relationship-building, has strong business insight, and is committed to client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and branch teams, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess needs, provide solutions, and ensure service satisfaction.
- Respond to RFPs and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to develop high-quality proposals and deliver client presentations.
- Monitor account performance and support strategic initiatives to improve client engagement and retention.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of branch operations and financial performance, including P&L responsibilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management and/or sales.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise financial platforms and branch operations.
- Demonstrated experience with profit and loss (P&L) management.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory, as needed.
