How You’ll Make an Impact
If you're a natural leader who thrives on building relationships, developing teams, and driving results, this role is for you. As Branch Manager, you’ll lead your branch and retail operations—creating outstanding member experiences while supporting your team’s success.
This isn’t a script-driven role. It’s about authentic leadership, genuine connections, and real solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading daily branch and retail operations with efficiency and compliance
- Coaching and developing a high-performing, service-driven team
- Underwriting and approving consumer loans within authority levels
- Driving proactive member engagement through personalized service
- Overseeing cash controls, security procedures, and operational integrity
- Collaborating with senior leaders to improve processes and support strategic goals
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a financial institution, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in financial services
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and coaching abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business or finance a plus)
- A natural communicator who enjoys helping others and building relationships
