Manage and supervise the daily operation of the branch. Assure that the branch is in compliance with the policies and guidelines of the Bank. Provide customer service for Bank customers and solicit new business.

Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the branch office and security program.

Assist and counsel customers with any questions they may have.

Ensure the quality of new loans meets Bank standards.

Meet loan volume expectation as agreed.

Ensure that loan portfolio complies with Bank and Federal regulations and laws.

Inform customers of bank products and open new accounts.
Associate Degree in business administration or management.
- Three years experience in banking with a working knowledge of teller, customer service and lending operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Basic computer experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality.
