Summary
Join our energetic team at Health Advantage Credit Union as a Branch Manager! We're looking for a leader who’s passionate about community, member service, and team development.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead, coach, and support branch staff to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals
- Build strong relationships with members and the community, actively growing our presence and partnerships
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and security
- Resolve member inquiries and promote financial solutions tailored to their needs
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a knowledgeable and motivated team
- Monitor branch performance and contribute to strategic improvements

Qualifications
- Proven management and leadership skills
- Strong strategic planning abilities
