Branch Manager/Loan Officer
Fayette County National Bank is looking for a branch manager/loan officer to join our team. This position leads and oversees all aspects of operations & lending within the Ansted, WV branch, including the responsibility and supervision of the Retail staff. Critical to the success of this role, is an in depth and thorough understanding of all Bank products, services, and resources to determine how to best meet customer needs. The Branch Manager will be responsible for providing relevant, reliable, and timely service and information to all customers according to regulatory and compliance protocols and best practices in a consistent manner while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Experience: Three to five years of lending (consumer, mortgage & commercial) and banking experience is desired, or an associate degree and in-depth working knowledge and experience in various banking roles. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and loan origination necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
- Trustworthy and confidential behavior is essential in this role.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related area preferred.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
