We are currently looking for a "hands-on" Branch Manager that is looking to take their career to the next level. Our leaders motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals consistent with our values and culture. Coach and develop team members, champion safety as a key part of everyone's job and keep our customers as a central focus. . Branch operations also ensure that the branch office has all the tools and infrastructure needed to keep it in working order. These positions can vary from administrative, to management, to training and service and more.
Responsibilities:
As a Branch Manager:
- You are responsible for the support, training, and developing of your team members.
- Managing all Branch Operations Sales goals and P&L goals.
- Accomplish department objectives by managing staff and evaluating department activities.
- Responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts and new customer growth.
- Building a lasting relationship with our customers, while providing high quality service.Job
PRINCIPAL FUNCTION:
Support the AVP in the planning, directing, and coordinating of all route service activities of the branch and its employees to achieve the sales, service, accounts receivables and profit goals of the branch. Provide training to personnel in all areas of route operations. Maintain daily route service operations.
As a Branch Manager, you will be required to learn about every facet of the commercial dish machine industry. Commercial dish machines have plumbing and electrical components that must be understood to successfully service our customers. Having mechanical aptitude is required to adequately resolve issues that occur within our accounts.
Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Prior Management Experience Preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
