- Provide courteous, professional service to members in-person and by phone
- Open and maintain member accounts and process account-related requests.
- Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services based on member needs
- Perform teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and payments
- Research and resolve member inquiries, discrepancies, and IRA account setup
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions accurately
- Monitor lobby traffic and coordinate member assistance
- Perform general clerical duties (filing, faxing, mailing, document prep)
- Comply with BSA/CTR regulations
- Maintain security and confidentiality of member information
- Serve in various support roles as needed (Teller, Call Center, Greeter, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
