Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Actively participate in marketing events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide information and answer questions about products.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote brand initiatives and engage with followers.
- Collect data on customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration.
- Maintain a positive brand image while addressing any customer concerns or stigmas associated with the product.
Experience
- Previous experience in public speaking or customer service is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with event marketing and promotional activities is a plus.
- Experience in product demos or similar roles will be advantageous.
