With both recent and upcoming expansions, we are expanding our brand marketing and sales team to ensure guaranteed support for our clients and staff.
As the Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate, you will determine eligibility, process orders successfully, and build reliable, trusting relationships with those wishing to move forward with the products and services recommended.
The Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate Role Must:
- Understand each consumer needs and tailor unique solutions reinforcing the benefits of our service, product offerings, and enrollment process to drive sales
- Act as the primary point of contact for all new customers during the order and setup process
- Building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and comprehensive knowledge of our client's services
- Communicate with customers with a high level of empathy and sincerity and process orders quickly and efficiently
- Manage sensitive customer information and adhere to all compliance standards related to servicing and enrollment practices
- Use provided resources and sales tactics to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs in our commitment to maintaining the first point of contact resolution
- Meet and exceed performance standards set by Senior Management that include customer survey results, sales rates, quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
We'll Be Looking For Our Brand Ambassador/Sales Associate To Have:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
- Proven success in a customer service and consultative sales environment
- Ability to work cohesively with sales teams to achieve common sales targets
- Passion for people and developing genuine relationships
- Enjoys a fast-paced (fun) working environment
- Reliable and able to work flexible full-time hours
- Intelligent, mindful, and humble
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $2,000.00 per week
