Role Overview
We’re seeking a Brand Marketing / Photography Specialist to own visual execution across campaigns, social media, and events. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and Operations to craft compelling visuals that drive brand awareness and business results.
Responsibilities
- Brand & Visuals: Develop and maintain visual guidelines; design campaign KVs, posters, brochures, banners, PPT decks, and web/app assets.
- Social Content: Produce channel-ready assets for Instagram / WeChat / Xiaohongshu / TikTok; plan monthly content calendars and optimize for performance.
- Photography: Shoot corporate headshots, portraits, events, spaces, and lifestyle scenes; handle retouching, color management, and exports.
- Event Support: Oversee event visuals and on-site shooting; coordinate with vendors and printers for production and delivery.
- Asset Management: Maintain organized file structures, rights, and a reusable template library.
- Nice to Have: Basic video editing/motion graphics (Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci).
Qualifications
- 1–3 years relevant experience (strong junior portfolios welcome).
- Proficient in Adobe CC (PS/AI/ID/LR); strong grasp of typography, layout, and color.
- Hands-on experience with portrait/event/environment photography and basic lighting setups; confident in retouching workflows.
- Familiar with content best practices across Western & Chinese social platforms.
- Bilingual (English & Chinese) with excellent communication; organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- Camera gear a plus (company gear available).
