Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before service, ensuring all food items are fresh and appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, if required.
- Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Restock food items as needed during service to ensure availability.
- Clear tables and buss dishes promptly to maintain a tidy environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any concerns or requests in a friendly manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or culinary settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required.
