You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area refilling coffee and beverages and cleaning up used plates and utensils. $12 - $14 hourly
Responsibilities:- Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed
- Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours
- Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly
- Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers
- Food service industry experience is highly desired
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
