As a team member, you will work in a fast-paced restaurant that serves over a thousand guests daily. The role of a team member is an integral part of our day to day operations. Team Members are individuals that are outgoing, passionate and energetic. We wear smiles here everyday!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures
- Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
- Taking orders and making accurate changes quickly.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products and promotions.
- Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly.
- Assist leadership in executing opening and/or closing procedures.
- Model and support clear communications between the front counter and kitchen staff.
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Required Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace. We work fast, with a focus on accuracy.
