Job Title: Budtender

Department: Retail Sales

Reports To: General Manager

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Starting Compensation: $17.00 per hour in addition to earned commissions and tips (You keep your own tips)

Summary: The Budtender directly reports the General Manager and is primarily responsible for the consistent delivery of excellent service to guests. This position is the first point of contact for guests. The Budtender maintains an appealing retail environment and assists guests with their shopping needs.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 1. Requirements:

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred experience working in the industry and knowledge of the varying medical benefits of the different cannabinoids within marijuana.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, and correspondence. Ability to orally communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concretevariables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software and the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Knowledge of basic office equipment should

include: Internet and email, copy and fax machines, postage meter and telephone.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be over the age of 21.
