**Job Title: Budtender**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience in our cannabis dispensary.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their needs
- Provide detailed information about different strains, potency, and consumption methods
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Adhere to all legal regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish language proficiency is a plus
- Comfortable with cash handling procedures
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Familiarity with cannabis sales is a bonus
