Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, provide information on different strains and consumption methods, and ensure a positive and safe experience for all customers. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations - Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs - Educate customers on the different strains, effects, and consumption methods - Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends - Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain inventory levels and restock products as needed - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred - Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is highly desirable - Familiarity with stock management and inventory control is a plus - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Upselling skills to promote additional products or accessories - Proficiency in using a cash register or POS system - Fluency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage for multilingual customer interactions - Technical sales experience is beneficial At our dispensary, we offer competitive pay rates, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for career growth.
