The Building Automation Operations Project Leader leads a team responsible for performing installations and commissioning for building automation systems. The right candidate will provide technical expertise, leadership, and accountability for all installed projects, technical support programs, and time-and-materials (T&M) work.
As a Building Automation Operations Project Leader, you will:
- Responsible for the execution portion of project work only
- Lead assigned building automation project, including document/submittal creation, installation, start-up, commissioning, and turnover
- Analyze as-sold scope of work against project documents and plans. Escalate deviations between scope and contract specifications and codes
- Coordinate internal and external installation resources to meet project schedules
- Ensure customer satisfaction during and at final project completion and estimate and propose change orders
- Identify percentage of completion for the preparation of progress billing; participate in the pursuit of timely payment from the customer and authorize payment for material suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Basic Qualifications:
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school
- 1+ year of experience in project management
- Successful completion of DOD SkillBridge Internship
- Experience with Microsoft Office and business software systems
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 + years of experience in project management

You'll Benefit From
The pay range for this position is $54,180 - $92,880 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
