Job Purpose: Provides general maintenance and janitorial support for all facilities by performing the following duties. Works under general supervision of the Director of Maintenance.
Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs general maintenance duties as requested or assigned including painting, plumbing, moving office furniture, changing light bulbs, cleaning windows, and buffing floors.
- Performs general janitorial duties as requested or assigned, including cleaning breakrooms and floors, restocking and touching up restrooms, and trash removal from office/work areas, and tearing down and recycling boxes.
- Removes snow from sidewalks and parking areas and puts salt down as needed.
- Assist with set-up and clean-up for employee and customer events.
- Notifies supervisor of any potential facility problems or concerns, meets with outside contracts to discuss and direct necessary repairs as needed.
- Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies needed to ensure a safe and clean facility, including ensuring that chemical supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers in preparation for their use and placing orders to replenish supplies are low.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year previous experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
