We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements
- Utilize tools such as Talend, Visio, and R to analyze data and create visualizations
- Conduct data analysis using techniques like vaticinate, Linked data, and watch
- Assist in the development and implementation of Agile methodologies for project management
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Support the development of business cases and project plans
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support
Experience
- Proven experience in business analysis, including proficiency in Business analysis techniques
- Familiarity with Analytics tools such as R and VBA
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
