Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Help plan, implement, and coordinate our SEO, PPC, and social media activities ·
• Seek out new customers through networking, previous relationships, trade events, cold calling, etc.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members
• Analyze our territory’s market’s potential, track trends, develop marketing and sales plans
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends within the industry
• Make this company top of mind throughout New Haven County

Requirements:

• A great attitude
• A commitment to the best customer service in the industry and an eagerness to help people.
• Proven work experience in the digital marketplace.
• Familiarity and facility with digital graphics software
• Some insurance industry experience would be extremely helpful.
• Working knowledge of Office365 and the ability and willingness to become proficient with restoration industry software
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with a willingness to master ServiceMaster’s proprietary CRM software

Compensation for this position is salary with a generous commission.
