How You’ll Contribute:
As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and development of our organization’s client base. You will collaborate with internal teams to create strategic outreach, manage client engagement initiatives, and deliver insightful business analysis. This role supports the Business Development Team through relationship-building efforts, marketing collateral development, and data-driven sales tracking. What You’ll Do:
Support and execute business development strategies to grow our client base
Track and manage sales activities and client transactions
Assist with preparation of client-facing materials and reports
Develop and maintain marketing collateral and sales presentations
Organize and support local networking and industry events
Coordinate travel for business development leadership
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Identify and qualify new prospects through various channels
Provide administrative support and collaborate cross-functionally across teams
Ensure projects stay on track by adhering to timelines and milestones
Foster an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and contributions
What You’ll Bring:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or business development position or internship within insurance, financial services, or a related industry

Preferred experience in life insurance, reinsurance, or annuities
Experience with CRM platforms and Canva strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Self-starter who thrives in both team-based and independent work environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and a growth mindset
Physical Requirements:
Frequently sits, walks, and uses hands for fine manipulation
Occasionally lifts items up to 20 lbs and drives
Must be able to see, hear, and communicate effectively
Stress level: occasional, manageable in a professional office setting

- Travel Requirements: Infrequent travel (5-10% of the time)
