We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in driving lead generation, building client relationships, and supporting our sales efforts to meet growth targets.
This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for long-term growth and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research potential clients and markets using LinkedIn, email outreach, freelance platforms, and industry channels to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Outreach: Engage with prospects via email, phone, or meetings to build relationships and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to refine our strategies.
- Sales Support: Help create proposals, presentations, and pricing documents; coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
- Partnership Development: Assist senior team members in developing and managing strategic partnerships.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Reporting: Generate and share regular performance reports on outreach efforts, client engagements, and progress toward KPIs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align outreach and service strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles in the IT/software industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, Upwork, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, web scraping, or automation-related services
