Business Development & Marketing Strategist

Elite Billing and Collections is a rapidly growing boutique medical billing agency entering its third year in business, and we’re just getting started. We specialize in complex out-of-network claims, surgical authorizations, and high-stakes revenue cycle management — and now, we’re looking for the right person to help us scale to the next level.
We are hiring a Business Development & Marketing Strategist — a hybrid role designed for a natural connector, a strategic thinker, and someone who understands how to build relationships, create buzz, and open doors. This isn’t just about sales. It’s about visibility, credibility, and brand growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify & pursue new client opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and market research
- Schedule and attend meetings, conferences, and local networking events to represent Elite
- Manage and grow our digital presence — including Instagram, LinkedIn, and content strategy
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with our brand voice and target audience
- Plan and coordinate events, both virtual and in-person, to increase engagement and exposure
- Create presentations and pitch materials that clearly communicate our services and value
- Track leads and performance metrics using CRM and other tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Work directly with leadership to shape and execute business development strategies
Who You Are:
- Energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized
- A confident communicator — in person, in writing, and online
- Professional, polished, and adaptable to high-level conversations with physicians and executives
- Skilled in or familiar with social media management and basic marketing strategy
- Able to see both the big picture and the small details — you can network by day and update Canva posts by night
- Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and tracking performance data
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or marketing in a regulated industry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
- Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or marketing (healthcare experience a plus)
- Proficient in Google Suite, Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, and marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be available for in-person networking events and occasional travel
