The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth within our recruiting services division. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized talent solutions that align with clients needs.
Key Responsabilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
Identify and pursue leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and participation in industry events.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver customized staffing solutions across diverse industries.
Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and present tailored service offerings.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms in alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform and refine business development strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and build relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business development or sales within recruiting, staffing, or talent solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and workforce solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
