Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at Overachieve Sports and Speed. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities. We have recently renovated our 7,100sqft facility and are looking to take advantage of our state-of-the-art space and equipment, and your role will be vital to continue our growth and to provide the best opportunities to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the sports or fitness sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective business plans.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
