Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the DALLAS area. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic planning and effective relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, a keen understanding of market trends, and the ability to negotiate effectively. You will work closely with various departments to align our business goals with customer needs.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets through research and analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize software tools for customer relationship management to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and report on progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns that align with market demands.
- Lead project management initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining positive relationships.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts.
Experience
- Must have WOUND CARE Nursing Home experience and contacts
- Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid clean state issued drivers' license.
