Bank Central a division of The Central Trust Bank has created a Business Banking segment in Colorado and is building a team of Business Bankers. Business Bankers will develop new business and build a portfolio of business banking relationships. Business Bankers will originate new business banking relationship with borrowing needs up to $5MM. Make an impact by contributing to the growth of the bank by providing business lending, deposits, and cash management solutions.

This position starts at $92,665 a year and can increase from there depending on experience.

Qualifications3-5 years experience in a business banking relationship management role or related business lending experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of financial analysis with formal credit training preferred
Ability to build relationships with clients, internal partners, and referral sources
Strong current business network preferred
Must be entrepreneurial minded and community focused.
