We are currently seeking a high-performing Business Development & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team and support clinic growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure an outstanding experience for our patients and families.
This is a full-time position based at our Hoboken headquarters. Fully paid, comprehensive training is provided—no prior dental experience is required, though a background in business operations, healthcare administration, marketing, or client services is preferred. About the Role
This position supports our day-to-day operations and long-term business growth goals. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for families and a trusted team member supporting clinic leadership in implementing operational improvements and patient-focused initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business Development Support
Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives, policy improvements, and new program implementation across locations.
- Operations & Administrative Support
Assist with daily workflows, coordinate schedules, verify insurance, manage patient records, and contribute to the smooth functioning of clinical operations.
- Patient Communication & Coordination
Communicate with families via phone, text, and email to manage appointments and deliver a consistently warm, professional experience.
- Schedule Optimization
Identify and fill scheduling gaps, contributing to the clinic’s efficiency and productivity goals.
- Billing & Account Oversight
Calculate and collect co-pays, ensure billing accuracy, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Marketing & Outreach
Support social media planning, school visits, and local event participation to promote our clinics and uphold brand standards.

Compensation & Qualifications
Entry-Level: $45,000 – $51,000
- Bachelor’s degree (any major), or equivalent full-time experience in administrative or client-facing roles
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated interest in business, marketing, or healthcare operations
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team
Intermediate-Level: $51,000 – $58,000
- 1–2 years of continuous full-time experience at a single organization after completing a bachelor’s degree (short-term roles across multiple employers do not qualify), or
- Master’s degree in a related field (business, marketing, administration, healthcare)
- Proven success in improving processes, supporting growth strategies, or contributing to team-based projects
- Experience in business operations, scheduling, marketing, or healthcare administration is a plus

Location Flexibility
This position is based at our Hoboken headquarters, where all training and regular meetings are held. Candidates who prefer to work from our Montvale or River Vale offices after training are welcome to apply.
