team, with options for a hybrid-remote or fully remote work environment based in Indianapolis. We are
seeking motivated individuals with prior experience in the Logistics or Import/Export Freight Forwarding
Industry. This position is fundamentally focused on acquiring new clients and fostering dynamic business
development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include managing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating team activities,
ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with
strategic goals.
Additionally, it is essential to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies, while also
providing guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Regular
reporting on project status and outcomes helps in maintaining transparency and accountability within the
team.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 2+ years' experience in cold calling sales, with a proven track record of success in building and managing a robust book of business.
Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies that align with company objectives and market demands.
Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to foster relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who can work independently to meet or exceed performance goals while adapting to a fast-paced environment.
