We’re a growing Suboxone clinic focused on compassionate, stigma-free addiction treatment — and we’re looking for a Business Development & Outreach Coordinator who can bring both energy and a trusted local network to the table.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leverage your existing relationships with treatment centers, hospitals, shelters, behavioral health providers, and community leaders to build referral pipelines
- Identify and engage new referral sources through regular outreach, visits, and partnership development
- Connect directly with potential patients — helping them understand our services, feel welcomed, and get started quickly
- Bring positive, high-energy representation to the clinic at every touchpoint: in person, online, and in the field
- Track outreach activity, patient referrals, and clinic growth outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with existing connections in the recovery, healthcare, or human services space — you should already know where to go and who to talk to
- A true relationship-builder — with the confidence and professionalism to walk into any space and build trust
- Strong communication, follow-through, and community presence
- Experience in outreach, treatment navigation, sales, case management, or clinic marketing preferred
- Passion for addiction recovery and patient-centered care
Bonus if you:
- Have lived experience or personal connection to recovery
- Speak Spanish or another second language
- Have a reputation in your local network as someone who gets things done and does it with heart
