Business Development Sales Representative
Remote | Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $50,000–$60,000/year + Commission | Temp-to-Hire

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is seeking a motivated Business Development Sales Representative for our client, Beach City Lift, an equipment rental company based in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a remote, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone passionate about B2B/B2C sales, with strong communication skills and a solid background in the forklift/equipment industry.
Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across Arizona for equipment rentals
Conduct B2B and B2C sales outreach through field visits, calls, and virtual meetings
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Provide accurate quotes, follow up on leads, and close deals
Promote and explain equipment offerings, especially forklifts and other heavy rental gear
Travel throughout the Phoenix area and surrounding regions as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (equipment rental or industrial preferred)
Forklift industry knowledge or hands-on experience is highly preferred
Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
Comfortable with traveling and working independently in a remote role
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
No background check or drug screen required
What’s Offered:
Base salary of $50,000–$60,000 annually
