Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains, and monitors operational and specialized budgets, including unrestricted, restricted, Foundation, and scholarship funds.
- Prepares financial reports and cost projections; identifies issues and takes corrective actions.
- Ensures accurate processing of contracts and license agreements.
- Reviews expenditures and authorizes purchases in alignment with goals and policies.
- Serves as financial liaison for festivals, events, and guest artist activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures strong internal controls and accurate financial data.
- Maintains compliance with University, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinates with Procurement and Legal Counsel on contracts and service agreements.
- Prepares and submits annual HEADS report data and enrollment analyses.

- Oversees the Music Box Office revenue collection and reporting.
- Provides cash handling oversight and training for student employees and assistants.

- Prepares cost transfers, monitors compliance with Uniform Guidance.
- Generates reports for planning and analysis using Banner and Excel.
