Now, we’re growing fast in South Charlotte, and we’re looking for a high-performing B2B Account Sales Executive to fuel that expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new B2B account acquisition in the South Charlotte territory, targeting key commercial districts
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and local industry events
- Conduct in-person or virtual presentations and build tailored proposals
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and meet monthly sales targets
- Build lasting relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
- Collaborate with local leadership to execute territory growth plans
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience—preferably in service-based industries (janitorial, facility services, property management, etc.)
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Track record of exceeding quotas and managing sales cycles from open to close
- Familiarity with the South Charlotte business landscape is a strong plus
