Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness, and providing support to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, bringing out food, and providing any necessary support during service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and restrooms, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for all guests.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service and address any guest needs promptly.
- Follow food safety and handling procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with bussing techniques and restaurant operations is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
