Overview
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality meat preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety.
Shift Hours: 8am-5pm Thursday-Sunday Schedule (must be open to overtime)
Duties
- Perform meat cutting, trimming, and portioning according to specifications
- Ensure all products are prepared and packaged in compliance with food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat preparation area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation
Skills
- Proficient in meat cutting techniques with strong knife skills
- Experience in food production and food preparation processes
- Knowledge of packaging methods for various meat products
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred, particularly in the food industry or restaurant settings
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
