Fenix Logistix is an airport ground operations company, providing services such as passenger handling, ramp operations, cabin grooming, security, and PRM. Operating nationwide, most of our stations offer nearly the full range of our services. We utilize modern ground support equipment, including electric vehicles, for operations on the airport apron. Our company collaborates with both international and domestic airline partners.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Cabin Supervisor located in Tampa, FL. The Cabin Supervisor's day-to-day tasks include overseeing the cabin grooming team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation within aircraft cabins, and coordinating with other teams for timely service delivery. The role also involves training new staff, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills for managing and leading a team
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Training and development of staff
- Understanding of Aircraft operations and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in aviation or related fields is beneficial
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.75 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
