Join our team and put your craftsmanship to the test as a part of our Install Crew!
We are Rogers Custom Millwork, a Jonesboro based team specializing in custom carpentry and millwork products. Quality and confidence are two key products we offer, with over 25 years of experience in cabinets and carpentry. Our process does not involve catalogs, select product lines, or paint swatches. The client's direction and vision define the blueprints-- Custom is our namesake!

This individual would ideally have experience in finish carpentry and construction, though all relevant experience will be considered. Training for our processes and standards is supplied, though positive attitude and demonstrable aptitude is a must.

- Gathering and loading the install van with supplies from the shop.
- Driving to the jobsite and unloading necessary tools and material.
- Working to install a variety of custom cabinetry, trim, and other specially designed millwork products for commercial and residential applications.
- Load tools back into the van and return to the shop at the end of the day.
Most operations are based in and around the Jonesboro area, though occasional extended travel will be necessary including overnight stays.
Experience and/or capability to perform the following:
- Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent and a valid drivers license.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, documentation, and verbal instructions.
- Good working knowledge of mathematics and basic geometry, able to read a tape measure and other quality instruments (calipers, rules, scales, etc.), and able to work with and convert both Metric and Imperial measurements.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools both safely and competently, with some familiarity with basic tools a must. Training provided for specialty tools.
- Attention to detail a must, as well as the ability to work on fine detail, high end products with a goal of minimal errors and rework.
- Position is forward facing with the requirement to interface with many individuals and clients within a variety of settings. Professional presentation and behavior is a must.
